I spent over a decade inside large organizations — Microsoft, Nokia, Liberty Global — leading digital and financial transformation programs across Europe. At Liberty Global, I replaced disconnected spreadsheets with automated workflows, cutting reporting time from 5 hours to 30 minutes.

In 2023 I left enterprise programs to do this work directly for smaller, owner-led businesses — the companies that don't have a 5-country rollout team, but have the exact same problems. MDLR Flow exists to bring enterprise-grade discipline to businesses that enterprise consultants never call on.

That discipline isn't the whole story, though. It's paired with something less official: I've never been able to leave a messy spreadsheet or a clunky workflow alone — years of hands-on Excel, Power Query, and Power BI work, and hands-on AI practice since 2023, all in service of the same habit.
